We hired Loquacious Culinary Events for an intimate engagement party for 18 in our garden. The engagement happened in Spain and Chef knew exactly what direction to head towards for the menu. The appetizers were all made from scratch and plated in the garden. Next was a Spanish tortilla with sauces followed by a gazpacho with the largest and most perfectly poached shrimp. For the last dish, chef decided on the most hearty paella with the freshest ingredients.

We made sure to take Chefs advice and have a server. She went above and beyond with setting up the tables and trash cleanup.

I will most definitely be hiring the Loquacious team again. 10/10!
